MISSION STATEMENT
Founded in 1987 by Lynda & Ron Sussman as an employee benefit brokerage, COB
reflects the skills and values of its creators. Its goal is not just to quote, but provide hands on support for agents, and clients nationwide. COB is independent, state of the art and totally service driven.
COB also works directly with the public, mainly as an outsource agency for many national and local staffing services, and offers product and assistance in Spanish.

MANAGEMENT PROFILES
Ronald C. Sussman -- President
As President, Mr. Sussman is responsible for the overall operation, direction, and growth of the firm. With more than thirty years in business and industry, Mr. Sussman has an extensive background in business automation and management information systems. He has over eleven years experience in employee benefits and is a licensed Third Party Administrator.
Lynda L. Sussman -- Executive Vice President/Director of Marketing
COB HAS ALWAYS EMPHASIZED THE NEEDS OF WORKING FAMILIES AND PROVIDED THEM WITH GUIDANCE, AS WELL AS ASSISTANCE WITH THE INSURANCE NEEDS. LYNDA IS AN APPROVED PRODUCER OF THE MARYLAND HEALTH CONNECTION (MARYLAND EXCHANGE). LYNDA ALSO SPECIALIZES IN MEDICARE PROVIDING PLANS, AS WELL AS KNOWLEDGE, DIRECTLY TO THE BROKERS AND THE COMMUNITY AT LARGE.
